I've never stayed in a "palace" with such high ceilings and massive windows and space in the room and bathroom. It feels like being in a palace. The huge shower had amazing water pressure and was as big as the bedroom. They kindly upgraded us to a junior suite that was warmer than the room we had booked when a cold snap hit Parma. The staff was wonderful, especially the ladies.

Very clean and comfortable room. We stayed there for 2 nights during L’Etape by Tour and the location was great. Even though there were or congress and it was very crowded at the reception, the staff was always smiling and happy to help.

Room was absolutely clean and spacious. Staff very helpful and attentive. 50 metres away from Parma Train station. Good breakfast service, nothing to complaint about.
